I don't know about you, but I love CSRs. Some of them are just so, how to say this unoffensively...dim? I know that the job sucks, and that you deal with a lot of stupid people calling in...but seriously? This guy is amazingly rude, and just so...unreachable. Caller just wanted his AOL cancelled...
